1. Cracked Vent Hole 🔧

Solution: Regularly inspect the vent holes and ensure that the vehicle operates within its recommended load and speed limits, while avoiding sudden sharp turns.

2. Cracked Bolt Holes 🔩
Causes:
- Loose nuts.
- Severe overloading, sudden braking, or climbing steep slopes.
- Insufficient tire pressure or improper driving techniques, causing stress on a single tire.

4. Rim Cracking ⛓️‍💥

- Poor rim structural design.
- Excessive thinning during the rolling process.
- Insufficient overlap of the rim’s rolled edges, leading to inadequate support.

Solution: Choose high-quality wheels that meet international standards, ensuring optimal rim design and structural integrity, with professional installation.

5. Difficult Wheel Installation 🚜
Causes:
- Center hole size below the standard 281mm.
- Elliptical center holes or residual cutting chips.
- Misaligned bolt hole positions.

Solution: Thoroughly inspect wheel dimensions and machining quality before installation to avoid issues caused by dimensional tolerances.
